Shift Wellness, an organization dedicated to first responder family healing, created the Sage Retreats as a memorable, life changing in person experience.
At Sage, you will experience a holistic, wellness-oriented approach with a variety of evidence-based modalities to help you reduce stress, improve resiliency, and reach your full potential.

Sage facilitators are experienced in Law Enforcement, Fire, and Healthcare as family and professionals and wellness practices are our passion.

Located among the San Jacinto Mountains in Idyllwild, California, this large property was originally a working horse ranch that has modern amenities, yet still has a rustic charm.
Eagle Creek is nestled among majestic pines, hiking trails and natural wildlife habitats. Convenient travel by 2-hour drive from Orange County, or via the Palm Springs airport.

This retreat is LIFE-CHANGING and LIFE-GIVING. I walked into The Sage Retreat not knowing what to expect and walked out a different person. Bold statement? Absolutely. But true. The team is a group of divinely (in my opinion) selected individuals who come together in such a unique, powerful and beautiful way to create an environment of safety, honesty, connection, and healing.
I still haven't quite figured out how this retreat was able to be as transformational as it was in 3.5 days; but what I do know? You need this. It's worth any sacrifice. It's worth its weight in gold. I am grateful for the opportunity and the newfound relationships that I have made. This is the true embodiment of community, healing and GROWTH
